ISA SETA S.P.A. HAS TAKEN OVER THE ENTIRE SHARE CAPITAL OF SIMONETTA S.P.A. AND HAS SIGNED AN EXCLUSIVE SUPPLY AGREEMENT WITH FENDI FOR THE FENDI KIDS COLLECTION

ISA Seta S.p.A., a company of the Carisma Group, announces the takeover of all of Simonetta S.p.A.’s capital and the subscription of a capital increase for the relaunch of the company.
Simonetta is a leader company in the childrenswear market and the brand is present in more than 60 countries with an excellent Made in Italy product. Simonetta is also the exclusive supplier for FENDI KIDS with a growing range of products, driven by the significant retail and marketing investments of the Roman Maison. Simonetta has also signed licensing agreements with Lanvin, Emilio Pucci and Aston Martin.
The relaunch plan contemplates the search for new licenses in the high-end market segment, the continuous development of the Simonetta brand and the sustained growth of FENDI’s supply.
Simonetta S.p.A. has a know-how of excellence in the development of children clothing as well as a chain of local suppliers of absolute operational excellence. The collections recently presented have been very successful due to the constant search for innovation, quality and Italian design.
The main feature of Simonetta’s strategy for the coming years will be the search for quality and refinement of a Made in Italy product with the maintenance of a price level affordable to the consumer. “We believe there is a growing market for high quality products, Italian style and affordable price.
